Memorial Day is just around the corner and you know what that means! Time to kick off the shoes, destress and lay by whatever your favorite body of water might be! Barbecue away and grab your favorite ice cold beverage of choice (keep it clean kids)! Some of you might even see me around- your favorite neighborhood lifeguard! Of course you know the boys are already anticipating the summertime. Not that much changes for them… eat.. sleep… rinse… repeat. Gomez reads, of course. Although, he’s still pretty ornery that he can’t read Nic Stone’s Jackpot till at least September. So I might have to bribe him to keep his good reading habits up.

Yeah I got soooooo lucky with my summer reads and some of them JUST came through Sat morning after I called and begged because I wanted to include them in this post. One of them being the Chain. I thought they were going to laugh at me!!! I was shocked! It is gonna be a blast… if I ever sleep after reading it. I just dont get why every book seems to come out in the week of July 6th and Aug 6th or whatever the two weeks of and then like barely anything the rest of the month lol. I mean it’s fine and easy to plan for… but still!

Reasons why I dont set up one- i will most likely deceive myself by not picking ANY books on it and so far my highest read in a month is 5, including a poetry book. So errh, it’s out of the question for now- but maybe later if my reading improves alot.

maan im kinda jealous of the students and others having long summer breaks… no more for me ???? only thing I have is that one week going to see Alex’s parents- rest is usual working. My hours did dropped for a while but seems to be getting back up xd
Yeah those were the days… having all that time to read. But so far I’ve been able to keep everything spread out and ahead of schedule and am really enjoying the interviews and books…. what is already reviewed or interviews that are complete are linked if you want to check them out.
